RETURN AND REPLACEMENT OF GOODS
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, in the case of distance purchase (when it is not a personal takeover but the goods are sent by delivery service), you are authorized to unilaterally terminate the contract without stating the reasons for this, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product or delivery of the last product from the order. In case of unilateral termination of the contract, we will act according to the Consumer Protection Act or the Civil Obligations Act. We will refund the amount paid after the goods have been returned. You must return the goods without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day you declared to us the unilateral termination of the contract. According to the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer is obliged to bear the direct costs of returning the goods if he uses his right to unilaterally terminate the contract, and if the buyer wants, he can contact us at tel. 099/673-0169 or e-mail address: 3dmbproject@gmail.com to inform about the method, options and conditions of returning the product. The Buyer shall comply with Article 77(5). of the Consumer Protection Act is responsible for any impairment of the value of the purchased product resulting from the handling of the purchased product. The returned product must be undamaged, with appropriate original labels, pendants and a declaration. Please return the items no later than 14 days after receipt of the shipment under the following conditions: – the product you are returning must not be used and must be packed in the original packaging with intact pendants and labels – attach the original invoice You can return the shipment in the following ways: 1. by delivering the shipment personally to our address: MB Project, Klokovec 178, Krapinske Toplice 2. By sending the shipment to the delivery service, the cost of returning or replacing the goods based on product defects is borne by MB Project. Returned goods will be exchanged according to your wishes or refunded to your account. The costs of returning and/or replacing the goods, if it is not a fault on the product, are entirely borne by the buyer.
REPLACEMENT OF GOODS
The buyer can advertise the product personally or send it to MB Project. If the reason for the replacement is damaged or defective goods, the replacement goes to the MB Project account, and if it is a replacement of goods due to the customer's desire, the customer sends the goods at his own expense. The seller is not responsible for any damages and other obligations that are in the domain of the delivery service, but in agreement with them will ensure the best possible service for each customer. If the buyer notices any damage when picking up the goods, he is obliged to send a complaint to the courier on the spot and notify the courier in writing by e-mail: 3dmbproject@gmail.com
RIGHT TO CANCELLATION OF THE ORGANISATION
Both the trader (MB Project) and the buyer can exercise the right to terminate the contract (cancellation of the order) before sending the goods for delivery, with a refund of previously paid funds. If the trader (MB Project) cannot deliver the paid goods for any reason, a replacement item is offered to the buyer, and if the buyer does not want it, the paid funds are fully returned to the buyer. If the buyer decides to terminate the contract (cancel the order) before the goods are sent for delivery, the refund will be made within 3 (three) working days. If the buyer decides to cancel the order after the goods have been sent for delivery, the refund will be made within 3 (three) working days after receipt of the return of the goods by the buyer, less the cost of delivery.
