Ordered items are sent to the delivery service as a package within 2-5 working days, from the date of receipt of the order or payment.
Exceptionally, due to the sale of a particular item or unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that the delivery lasts longer, which you will be notified about by e-mail.
Delivery is calculated according to the price list agreed with the courier service:
• for Croatia: 6 €
• for amounts above €60: free shipping
If the courier service changes the delivery price, the seller will clearly indicate the new price in the web shop.

Unfortunately, we are not able to influence the speed of delivery and possible complications related to the delivery itself caused by the delivery service.
If the customer is not at the delivery address when attempting delivery, the delivery service will leave a notice with the shipment number and instructions for further steps.
In the event that the buyer orders the goods and refuses to receive them, MB Project has the right to deny the buyer the paid amount of the purchase price.
If the buyer who has not received the goods, re-orders via the web shop https://mb-project.hr/, the seller reserves the right to refuse further processing of the order as well as the right to charge.
MB Project reserves the right not to send orders with incorrect or incomplete contact information, as well as orders with an e-mail or phone that cannot be contacted.
