3D PRINTING IN FDM AND SLA TECHNOLOGY, AND LASER ENGRAVING

FDM is a method based on model printing by stacking layers of molten plastic.

SLA is a method by which UV light is projected through a thin film, in a container with a liquid resin. The resin hardens under the influence of UV rays and sticks to the base. With this technology, it is possible to print models with high precision and level of detail.

LASERS COLLECTION AND CUTTING is a process where, with the help of a laser beam, the desired shape or image is etched into the selected material.

Materials we use

3D printing materials

In 3D printing production, we use high-quality materials. The choice of materials depends on the purpose of the end product and the requirements of the client.

We offer materials that are used for decorative purposes, all the way to materials of technical application that are made so that they can be exposed to prolonged and high loads.

PLA – 100% biodegradable. It has a glossy finish and is used to make various decorative items, artwork and to make various models...
ABS – material of high strength and impact resistance. Subject to "aging" in weather conditions (UV light, oxygen, moisture, heat). Withstands high temperatures from 85°C – 100°C.
ASA – material similar to ABS, with UV resistance.
PET-G – material of exceptional strength, toughness and high temperature stability up to 80°C
PET-G CARBON – Material with significantly higher impact resistance than ordinary PET-G thanks to its carbon fiber reinforcement. Ideal for mechanical pieces and various prototypes.
SILK – features a silky texture, attractive colors and shades. It is used mostly to make decorative objects.
PVA – filament – water-soluble material

NONOILEN – biodegradable material resistant to high temperatures. It can be used for nutritional purposes.
PC-PBT – a mixture of PC (polycarbonate) and PBT (polyester blend), which offers you excellent toughness and resistance to chemicals and heat up to 180°C.

NYLON (PA6, PA12)- material for engineering purposes. It has high resistance to chemical and temperature influences, extreme rigidity and strength.
NYLON CARBON (PA6-CF, PA12-CF)- material made of a combination of polyamide and carbon fiber. It is characterized by high strength, temperature and chemical resistance. Suitable for mechanical parts exposed to prolonged loads.
POLYMAKER POLYCAST- material designed to produce samples and templates that undergo investment casting technology.
WOOD – made from 40% recycled wood and 60% polymer. The material has a wooden texture and is woody to the touch. It is mainly used for decorative purposes.
